Responsibilities

• Arrange bookings, handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Liaise and coordinate with customers, media & service providers
• Maintain filing and provide proper storage of service records
• Prepare customer service related reports
• Provide the best customer experience via phone calls and emails

Basic Qualifications

• Preferably minimum 3-5 years’ experience 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Independent, self-motivated with a positive working attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Candidate with less experience can be considered Customer Service Executive
