Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor printing and project installation jobs to ensure all related materials can be delivered to project site on time
- Develop project timeline and keep all projects on-time and on-quality
- Communicate with clients, contractors, on-site venue management and internal parties to ensure daily operations runs smoothly
- Work closely with line manager to follow up concurrent projects from kickoff to final delivery, including implementation and installation process
- Proactively explore advertising market and develope creative ideas with the team
- Monitor on-site job process for different projects, including safety and compliance issues
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferrable in Project Management
- With 1 to 3 years relevant Event & Project management experience or related explosure
- Solid experience in outdoor advertising, print and production industries
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point plus Illustrator and Photoshop applications
- With good connection and network with printers and contractors will be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Holder of Safety Supervisor is preferred
