Job description:

• Handle patient registration and appointment bookings 
• Handle telephone calls, patient enquires and follow up 
• Preparing treatment and examination rooms for patients 
• Performing some administrative duties

• Assists clinic daily running

• Medication dispensing & stock ordering

Requirements: 

• Customer service oriented
• Fast learner and motivated 
• Good communication skills 
• Clinic Solution competency an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
• 2 years working experience - No clinic experience may also apply
