Reporting to the Supply Planning & Projects Manager for Asia, the incumbent is expected to:

• Coordinate order forecasts and production timeline with distributors
• Coordinate and oversee movements from manufacturers
• Manage, evaluate and update inventory report
• Tackle the supply chain issues and execute solutions for problems identified
• Work with the company's Global team about projects, shipping quantities, and inventory
• Coordinate with Logistics team for orders delivery
• Work with Logistics team for fulfilment of customer orders
• Communicate with internal team, i.e., Regulatory, Commercial and Quality team for shipment arrangement and project transition

Requirements

• College / University graduate or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Planning preferably in pharmaceutical, medical devices or biotechnology industry
• Knowledge of Excel / PowerPoints
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and be able to “tell a story”
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Experience in managing Asian markets other than Hong Kong preferred
