Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Clinics including but not limited to staff management, administrative and patient services
• Lead the team to achieve company’s goal in terms of revenue and customer satisfactory level
• Coach and motivate frontline staff to ensure consistency in performance, evaluate staff performance and provide additional training as necessary
• Manage all administrative and clinical equipment maintenance and repairs
• Maintain inventory of all medications and supplies to ensure each areas are well stocked accordingly
• Perform ad hoc project as required by top management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ophthalmology, with preferable experience in supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Able to effective sustain multiple and simultaneous tasks
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Immediate available will be an advantage
