Responsibilities

• Work closely with vendors and suppliers for sourcing targeted products with best favorable terms, optimized lead times, and ensure timely deliveries and appropriate quality;
• Plan and implement cost reduction programs without affecting quality of work;
• Ensure all purchasing processes are fully complying with the corporate policies & procedures;
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering, provide market information to support new product development;
• Work closely with QA, evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality.

 Requirements

• F.5 / Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in electronic products, toys or home appliance field;
• Ability to hire, train and develop team members;
  
• Hands on experience on purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and supplier development / management;
• Well-organized with strong analytical and communication skills.
