Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales optimization through weekly sales review, product and promotion enhancement
• Manage promotion order, stock allocation & schedule
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers and marketing team to enhance product marketing
• Visit store regularly for promotion set up and communication with frontline staff with promotion details
• Issue and follow up purchase order
• Control stock and monitor inventory level
• Support buyers to prepare product information & promotion materials (such as display guide/ menu, in-store POP & merchandise knowledge)
• Follow up new items for buyer review and clearance plan
• Assist in ad-hoc project as required

Requirements

• Secondary school graduate or above
• 3 years' relevant experience, exposure in retail industry is highly preferred
• Proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Japanese and Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Passion for stationery and related accessories field is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferable
