Responsibilities:

Participate in the product development proces by working directly with the companies' vendor base and in close partnership with key customers.

The position requires collaboration to ensure that the design, quality, safety and target price point of new product ranges are met and that products are developed within established timelines.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

Strong focus in product sourcing.

Prior working experience within the mass market consumer toy industry.

Ability to create and finalize product ideas whilst working to specifications provided by key accounts.

Able to generate new product ideas and concepts.

Good command of spoken and written English is a must.

Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Able to develop and refine existing products into new price points as well as creating new and proprietary products for sale on a worldwide basis.

Willing to travel to our China Vendor base.

Understanding of EU certification standards is an advantage
