Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned suppliers and drive their performance improvement, to ensure products to meet the pre-determined standards of quality, delivery reliability, flexibility, lowest integral cost and financial stability.
• Achieve the assigned supplier’s management improvement of Leadtime reduction, delivery reliability, cost competitiveness and quality improvement etc., to contribute in achieving company target of sustainable profitable growth
• Responsible for executing all key purchasing processes with assigned suppliers
• Manage and strengthen the supplier relationship 
• Work and cooperate with Far East or Swiss Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Planning and all related functions to optimize the working process in Supply Chain
• Ensure all purchasing activities are in line with the company’s policy and continuously drive improvement in all areas

Job Specifications:

• Degree holder or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain / equivalent
• Proven working experience as manager with minimum 8 years solid purchasing management experience, preferably in watch components / watch / jewelry / fashion industries
• Less experience will be considered as Purchasing Leader
• Cost control ability during product development process
• Possess strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Result oriented with can-do attitude
• A self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under pressure, fast learner with continous improvement mindset
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• SAP software experience required
• High competency level in MS Office applications
