Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for RFQ, sourcing activities, product assessment, lead product improvement initiatives, ordering & follow up.
• Familiar with Kitchen equipment, mechanical, electronics, stainless steel tailor-made parts/equipment and sundries pricings and lead-time.
• Hands on experience of service contract negotiation.
• Self-initiative, able to work independently with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Hands on experience in SAP MM is preferred.
• Excellent command of computer literacy in Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer.

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above or equivalent
• At least 4-6 years relevant working experience preferably in Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry
• High initiatives, self-motivated and can work independently
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Application
