Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily operations and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team.
• To serve the customers US and Europe, familiar in the export procedures to these countries would be an advantages.
• Close liaison with the customers and intensive follow up with vendors to ensure completion of orders.
• Process the orders from samples delivery, testing and quality inspection arrangement to the final shipment.
• Work with US sales team, customers and suppliers to problem solve independently.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experiences in toys field.
• Higher Diploma, with 2 year or above related experiences.
• Good communication skill (written / spoken) Cantonese / English / Mandarin.
• Good PC Skills.
• Independent, well organized, detail oriented and good team spirit.
• Willing to work under pressure and willing to learn
• More experience will be consider to Senior post
