Job Description

Our client a well-established company in HK for over 30 years with diversified business in HK and China. Currently, they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager to manage the office supplies division.

The office supplies division is supplying a wide range of office products and services including office supplies (paper, stationeries….etc), commercial printing, corporate premium souring and other values services to a wide range of customers in HK, including HKSAR / listed companies / large resellers / individual end-users. This is a challenge position for candidate with good interpersonal and management skills, strong business sense and execution ability.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor a sales team specialised in office supplies and related products and services
  • Develop and execute business plan to achieve the sales target and profit margin
  • Develop new prospects and build up sales pipelines
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports to the management team
  • Search or develop new products/services to current/new clients
  • Prepare sales presentation to prospects, negotiate contracts, and other activates to close the sales.
  • Maintain good relationship with current clients and business partners

 

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder with min 8 years sales experience with min 3 years in supervisory level
  • Experience in office supplies is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in handling large corporate, HKSAR, resellers, experience in setting up price strategy for different customers / resellers / end-users
  • Aggressive, Flexible, excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
