• F.5 grad. or above with at least 5 yrs relevant working exp. in garment manufacturer  
• Polytechnic/IVE Diploma/Higher Cert. in Fabric/Garment Manufacturing is preferred
• Must have good understanding of fabric knowledge in both woven and knits
• Strong in sourcing & technical knowledge
• Strong negotiation skills, mature and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure & capable to solve problems with Mainland/Offshore vendors
• Fashion design training or have worked in product development department preferred
• Good team player and strong interpersonal skills required as need to be dealing with various internal departments and suppliers
• Good command and written/spoken English & Mandarin
• Familiar with MS office and Chinese Word Processing
