Job Description
Candidates should be self-motivated, results-driven and confident:
Responsibilities:
- Managing blue chip retail customers across a number of product categories
- Understand the needs, requirements, buying/sampling process
- Constantly look for ways to improve customer service levels
- Order follow up with suppliers for on-time shipment of correct specification products
- Supplier visits for project management and relationship building
- New product development
- Help to solve issues and work with other departments to achieve objectives
- Work closely with team member and Manager
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years related Merchandising experiences in homewares or gift & premium products is advantages
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Executive
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin
- Attentive to detail
- Able to work under pressure and consistently hit deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a stable employment history
- Strong commercial skills and numeracy
- Good understanding of quality products and service
- Effective project management skills
- Occasionally to travel to China for customers visit & Canton Fair
