Merchandising Manager (station Hanoi, Vietnam)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the whole garment order processing cycle including timeline of development work, approval samples lead time, production lead time, etc.
• Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with internal parties for delivery arrangement
• Coordinate with factory to monitor production status and schedule
• Communicate and attend meeting with customers and internal parties
• Lead a merchandising team and give direction to ensure orders are followed up properly and efficiently
• Coach and monitor the team members to perform their job duties

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Merchandising, Textile & Clothing, Fashion or related discipline
• 10 years or above related experience in garment merchandising
• Detail minded, good coordination and communication skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Good supervisory of a team of 10 pax and delegation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Experience in sizeable factories for not less than 3,000 labors is required.
