Responsibilities:   

• Responsible to handle orders with customers.
• Negotiate with customers to achieve competitive deals and terms.
• Liaise with overseas offices, factories and customers to arrange on time delivery.
• Handle enquiries from customers, vendors and oversea offices.
• Enter ordering details into internal system.
• Prepare purchase and sales report for data analysis.
• Communicate and coordinate with China and Vietnam colleagues to ensure correct ordering details are transmitted.
• Handle special assignments arranged by seniority level.

Requirements:  

• Degree holder or above
• Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant personality, highly driven, cooperative and team spirit
• Able to communicate with overseas buyers / suppliers and follow up orders independently.
• Good Negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years working experience in Trading or Buying office is preferable
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & PC skills (esp. MS Excel) is essential
• Hands-on experience for shipping furniture to USA is an advantage

We offer competitive remuneration package including 5-day work, double pay and medical insurance to the right candidate.

Monthly salary: $20,000
