Accountabilities 

• Reporting to the CEO, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall Finance function of the company.
• Act as a business partner to the CEO in formulating financial plans and strategies in accordance with company aspirations and financial targets.
• Handle M&A activities, due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
• Prepare and review group consolidation financial and management reports. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, business results and forecasts.
• Manage budgeting, auditing, tax planning and treasury function. 
• Develop and enforce efficient accounting/financial practices, policies and guidelines. 
• Design and implement effective internal controls and risk management processes. Support compliance with country and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with management team members so as to identify their needs and craft a full range of business solutions.
• Liaise with the auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with professional accounting qualification.
• At least 10 years’ relevant working experience in a regional management capacity, preferably in multinational companies.  
• Prior experience in professional services industry is definitely an advantage.
• Experience in M&A projects including due diligence and integration.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• A team leader in a dynamic environment with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Hands-on, self-motivated and capable to achieve targets in tight timelines.
