Our client, a biotechnology pioneer dedicated to improving the quality of life for people around the globe is seeking to hire a Business Analytics & Strategy Senior Manager to support its JAPAC regional initiatives that may span Japan, China, South East Asia, Taiwan, South Korea, and Australia/New Zealand. The position will be reporting to the the Regional Director for Business Analytics and Information.

This role will:

• Serve as a thought partner to cross-functional team, project manager for a few large-scale cross-functional regional initiatives, including support in implementation, communication, and program management with stakeholders at global, regional and country levels
• Projects may include: business performance assessment, in-field excellence (sales force effectiveness), market research/brand strategy, business analytics, long-range scenario planning across the entire region, including consolidation of commercial drivers for key products; coordination / planning between our global / regional and country organizations

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years in biotech / pharma or life sciences management consulting doing project portfolio management, strategic planning, decision sciences, and / or financial planning; proven project management skills with good attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with strong verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in structured problem-solving, analytical thinking and business acumen
• Possess market research experience, knowledge of modeling and forecasting methods & tools will be a plus
• Record of success in participation on and in supporting cross-functional teams; an ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Fluency in English, both oral and written communications is required
