Job Description
Key Responsibilitiies:
- Conduct valuation and due diligence works for different properties and intangible assets
- Conduct market researches and analyses
- Conduct on-site inspections to the subject assets
- Prepare the patching materials and service proposals
- Handle the enquiries from clients
- Support the team to grow further
Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:
- Degree, preferably in real estate, finance and accounting
- 2 years’ of relevant experience or below
- Solid skills and knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Energetic, positive, proactive and responsible
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to travel out of Hong Kong frequently
- Good command in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
