Responsibilities:

• Based in HK
• Execute the risk and compliance policies and procedures for the company to operate within all relevant regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong
• Assist in handling key compliance operation tasks to improve compliance operational efficiency and internal controls
• Maintain the monitoring systems, provide risk and compliance advice and ensure the operation in accordance with various risk and compliance parameters
• Assist in handling staff licensing matters
• To perform internal compliance audit and supervise compliance improvement
• To deal with daily routine compliance work
• Other works instructed by more senior compliance staff

Requirements:

• A law/business degree holder
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Paralegal experience, PLCC candidates, or experience in audit, corporate finance or asset management industry preferred
• Dedicated to work with high level of attention to details
• Able to perform independent personalities and maturity in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and capable to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
