Responsibilities

• Assist in handling company secretarial and compliance matters for the listed company and its’ subsidiaries
• Handle statutory filing and maintain proper statutory records
• Assist in organizing board meetings and general meetings of shareholders
• Prepare agendas, minutes, statutory returns and other documents
• Assist and coordinate with the preparation of interim and annual reports, announcements, circulars and other disclosure documentation
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks when necessary

Requirements

• Associate membership of ICSA/HKICS
• 4 – 6 years relevant company secretarial experience and preferable gained from Hong Kong listed companies
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Knowledge of HK Listing Rules, SFO, Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliances and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese word processing
• Meticulous, hardworking and willing to take initiative and dedicated to work as a team player
