Job Duties:

• Assist to handle a full range of company secretarial duties of listed and private companies;
• Assist to organize and facilitate board, board committees and general meetings and to prepare related meeting papers and draft minutes;
• Assist to maintain and update statutory records, including but not limited to registers of members, directors and secretaries for listed and group companies;
• Assist to prepare annual and interim reports, announcements ,circulars and monthly returns;
• Assist to compose and translate business correspondence and presentation materials;
• Assist to implement operational procedures for listing rules and relevant statutory compliance;
• Filing of company returns and other documents as required by law / regulations under the directions of the Company Secretary;

Requirements:

• Degree holder with ICSA/HKICS membership or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial matters, experience with Hong Kong listed companies will be highly preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, both Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good knowledge in Companies Ordinance and Hong Kong Listing Rules
• Willing to work flexible hours upon request, good at multi-tasking and detailed oriented.
• Effectively maintain confidentiality and preserve integrity of sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
