About our client
A multinational law firm seeks a paralegal to support their Corporate & Securities Team in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities
This position encompasses a variety of tasks and responsibilities including translating and drafting agreements, conducting legal research and preparing submission documents. You will also assist in prospectus drafting, preparing verification notes and conducting due diligence investigations. In this role traveling overseas is required.
Our client is looking for a paralegal with strong communication and legal drafting skills.
Job requirements
- Bachelor of Laws
- Fluent in Mandarin (native preferred) and English
- 1+ year of IPO experience
