Job Duties:
．Leading technical staffs to carry out operation, maintenance and works
．Provision of technical support to other Departments with respect to building maintenance aspects
．Arranging procurement, manage contracts, projects and budget control
．Coordinate with clients and contractors
．Supervise and monitor the progress of works
