The Role

This role will be reporting directly to the Regional / Associate Sales Director. The key responsibility of this role will be to promote overseas properties from Australia, UK and Thailand to clients in Hong Kong.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promoting, presenting and selling overseas property to clients
• Sending out new properties details to clients on the company database
• Raising brand awareness through social media channels
• Developing and maintaining long term relationships with clients

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Form 7 or above

Essential Skills

• Excellent communicator and negotiator
• High motivated individuals
• Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands on PC Skills, such as MS Office/ Outlook

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in Sales preferable
