Job Duties :

• Conduct market research and promote the brand of our commercial / industrial buildings  properties and services.
• Handle daily leasing matters and buildings good relationships with tenants
• Building market intelligence
• Good networking with real estate agent and good analytical mind

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• 3-5 years' relevant experience in leasing of commercial / industrial buildings is preferable.
• Candidates with landlord / developer would be an advantage
• Good time management, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills. 
• Strong initiative and customer orientation.
• Proven English and computer proficiency. 
• If have less experience can apply Assistant Leasing Officer.
