Responsibilities

- Assist in leasing activities including tenancy administration, lease term negotiation,

  handover of shops & offices premises, etc.

- Handle enquiries, complaints on all leasing and property management matters

- Maintain proper daily operation of building management services of Buildings

- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

- Associate degree or above

- Sound relevant knowledge with minimum 2 years practical experience in property

  leasing and management

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

- High proficiency in PC operation including MS office and Chinese word processing

- Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
