Job Description
The Job
- Manage the assigned new and asset enhancement projects ensuring timely completion and within budgets
- Assist Manager to carry out feasibility studies
- Handle tendering and appointment of external consultants and contractors
- Coordinate and monitor project consultant
- Update all statutory submission records and technical document
- Work independently and co-ordinate with in-house teams
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
- Professional qualification preferred; MHKIS or equivalent
- 5-10 years experience in fit-out or large scale renovation gained with property developers / management companies
- Familiar with building regulations and related statutory requirements
- Good command of languages
