Job Description

We are a well-established and reputable real estate brokerage and consultancy firm based in Hong Kong with 130 affliliates all over the world. We have several openings for real estate broker to join our International Project / Investment teams

The ideal candidate(s) would possess the following attributes:-

Over 3 years’ experience in international real estate agency business. Candidates with lesser experience may also be considered for special expertise or talent;
Well versed in sales and purchase of overseas properties.
Exposure to other overseas markets such as Japan, Thailand, Australia and Europe would be a definite advantage;
Local Hong Kong investment agency experience an added advantage;
Fluent in spoken English and preferably good command of either Cantonese or Putonghua. Other foreign languages a definite advantage.
Team player and have excellent inter-personal skills.
Proven ability to execute diligently and effectively instructions from senior management and to take up leadership role when required.
Licensed broker license with HKEAA an advantage but not essential.
