- Assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the daily property management functions of a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings

- Responsible for administration tasks in property management office including memos, reports and tendering documents

- Handle enquirers and complaints; build up and maintain good relationships with clients

- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

- Degree or above with Property Management or related subjects

- At least 5 years or above relevant working experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive working attitude and can work under minimum supervision

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office)

- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
