Requirements and Duties:

‧ Two to three full days weekly,    

‧  Ready to work in an environment for a highly increasing demand of services;

‧    Agree with the vision and mission of Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation, with full time

       working experience of operation in charity / non-profit organization is preferred, fresh

       graduate would be considered;

‧   Work experience in administration, public relations, marketing or project management is

       also acceptable.

‧    Bachelor degree in Psychology graduates is compulsory;

‧    Good communication skill, be active, enthusiastic at work, responsible, detailed mind,

       willing to embrace and overcome challenges at work, able to meet deadlines,

‧    Responsible of working in Education and Services team, including daily administration,

       resources management, different assigned projects from Team Supervisors, pre-stage

       preparation of project and advertisement of project, and other assigned duties;

‧   Daily management to clients’ database;

‧   Good team work and able to work closely with Team Manager, Team Project Officer,

      Counsellor Team, Hotline Team and volunteers;

‧    Patient and polite in working with service users;

‧    Basic design skills by using AI, PS and Words is compulsory;

‧    Fluent spoken and written Chinese, and familiar with computer operation.
