Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for execution of CRM Loyalty Program and Campaign for customer acquisition and retention;
- Prepare regular reports and insights on business performance;
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints;
- Liaise with internal department and agency in CRM system implementation;
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in CRM or Client Service;
- Responsible, well-organized, self-initiative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with great patience;
- Pleasant team-player with enthusiastic personality;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Excellent command of MS Office applications especially Excel & PowerPoint.
