Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales order and delivery arrangement with accuracy and timeliness manner
• Prepare sales quotation and invoice for customers
• Participate and coordinate with internal department on any promotion and roadshow activities, including sample arrangement, on-site set up, after sales follow up
• Assist in prepare presentation proposal and consolidate materials.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments/projects 

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills (Word/Excel & Chinese word processing), Knowledge of Oracle is preferred
• Accurate and efficient in data processing, Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work independently
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
