Company Description

Our client is well-known FMCG Food Company. To cope with their rapid business expansion, they are currently looking for a high caliber professional to join their team asSales Director to look after the key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the annual budget and operation plan for the retail markets in Hong Kong and Macau
  • Evaluate business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau and initiate action plan to approach and expand business
  • Manage overall sales activities both of retail, merchandizing and trade marketing, including annual customer business planning, new product introduction and promotion
  • Formulate strategies and action plan for each key channel/customers/wholesalers to meet agreed sales and penetration objectives, includes pricing strategies, trading terms and trade spend investment
  • Build and maintain key customer relations with modern trade, wholesalers and direct customers to achieve and exceed company sales, GP and distribution target
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, logistics, finance, sales administration and customer service to seek out merchandising and promotions opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of commercial management experience within FMCG and Retail industry
  • Good connection with modern trade partners with exceptional knowledge and insight about the retail operation
  • A demonstrated leader, possessing excellent people management skills
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic mind, with the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Self-motivated and proactive team leader who can build consensus and facilitate change across teams
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
