Our client a well-known financial service company, they are now is looking for a business development manager to join their newly form sales team. You will be working in a team of 4.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Being the contact point person between customers and internal parties
• Maintain well relationships with Key Accounts Clients.
• Prepare proposals and business analysis assistance for clients
• Identify and understand trends within client markets and Industries
• Proactively provide details clients research and industry specific information to clients
• Co-ordinate and operational support with operation team.
• Work collaboratively with clients and teammates to manage active campaigns.
• Deliver accurate updates on campaigns to clients on both overall business and daily campaign performance.
• Leverage internal resources to deliver integrated advertising services to clients.
• Able to set priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Participate approach to increase new business with cold calling / direct mail

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or other relevant fields.
• 2-3 years working experience in new business acquisition experience is an advantage.
• Work closely with Account Director
• Ability to think out the box and create methods for implementation.
• Strong presentation and excellent organization skills
• Self motivated and customer focused
• Highly organized and disciplined work attitude
• Ambitious, out going to work work under pressure
• Attention to details, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do” approach
• Able to communicate in Cantonese & English.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, maintain relationships and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
