Our client is a leading global high technology company. To meet their rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their Regional Customer Services team. 

Responsibilities

• Interaction with customers in areas such as order receipts & process, customer credit, product information, etc
• Responsible for order-entry management and interaction with customers for shipment confirmation
• Work closely with technical service team to obtain or to provide information regarding service or installation requirements
• Review customer service requests to identify and track causes for customer complaints, concerns, etc

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or related disciplines
• Candidate with working experience in customer services or related field is highly preferred
• Proactive with positive and hands-on attitude Independent, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, Navision or other ERP system
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
