Job Descriptions

• Being Regional Office Head and direct report to the GM of the Group
• Lead Sales and Business Development Teams engaging in Plastics Industry
• Manage daily operations and ensure smooth integrations of all functional departments
• Ensure effective implementation of the Company procedures, policies and standards
• Provide effective leadership and oversight of the business operations to ensure smooth operation of the office and all departments are in compliance with the company direction and legal requirements
• Manage the manpower effectively and to ensure high service standard and high team spirit among staff

Key Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or Marketing or related discipline
• Above 5 years China working experience of which at least 3 years as team leader
• Experience in plastics industries will be an advantage
• Excellent market knowledge and business acumen for the China market
• Good people management skills and be able to motivate team members to achieve targets
• Strong leadership and solutions-oriented mindset
• Well organized, excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of both English and Putonghua (spoken and written)
• Frequent travel to or station in southern China is required
• Applicant with less experiences might be considered as Business Development Manager
