Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage & develop sales team and expand sales channel distributions towards generating new business opportunities and achieving revenue target
• Oversee the sales team’s activities to ensure the adherence to internal sales processes in order to gain customer commitment, build sales pipelines and accelerate the closing of business opportunities 
• Analyze and monitor sales performance, market trends and economic conditions to anticipate customers’ requirements
• Formulate sales strategies & plans for effective execution of sales/marketing promotion activities to drive higher sales performance
• Teaming up with regional Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service teams and other internal/external parties for implementation of tactical product/service promotion programs to grow business revenue

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Logistics Management with 10 years+ experience of which 3 years+ in team leader capacity in either express, e-commerce, logistics industry or service sale from commoditized and competitive industries
