Responsibilities:                        

• Answer Phone and email correspondence                
• Prepare proforma invoice and order processing activities            
• Prepare and follow up delivery and shipping logistics arrangements        
• Prepare the Customer Service reports for management review and follow up    
• Issue invoice and shipping document and trade declaration        
• Liaise with China factory or supplier relating to manufacturing/purchase order and delivery arrangement                     
• Follow up RGA & inventory checking                
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor            

                             
Requirements:                        

• Form 6 or above                        
• Accounting knowledge background is an advantage            
• At least 2 years working experience in order process field        
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin        
• Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills        
• Must have positive attitude, team player with long term career objective.    
• Proficiency in Excel, experience in ERP system would be a plus        
• Able to work in busy office/multi-tasking                
• Immediately available preferred                    
• Employment period from mid of Dec 18 to mid of Mar 19
