• Build Client data base
• Monthly Client Review
• Usage of CRM Tools
• Have the ability to create solutions for the ME+A using the company network for Chinese origin customers
• To achieve the individual new business target in term of volume, gross revenue and net revenue with focus in airfreight products.
• Meet budgets for air freight business & trade lane development
• Maintain good working relationships with customers in order to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction and retention;
• Gather market intelligence and provide timely reports to General Sales Manager and Managing Director in developing business opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding experience
• Knowledge on "Cross Border eCommerce" solutions
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good connection with airline, co-loader and overseas agencies.
• Entertain and display confidence with customers off-site.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Confidence and interpersonal skills
• Own the numbers
• Confidence and interpersonal skills
• Preferably of Chinese origin and speak Mandarin and willing to travel for work.
• Pro-active, willing to travel and able to work under pressure
