Job Duties:

• Promote Audi Brand and products to customers in showroom and shopping mall professionally
• Collaborate with the sales team, sales operation team, IT team and marketing team to deliver unique and outstanding customer experience
• Provide premium customer services and answer customers’ enquiries
• Maintain the showroom / reception area – clean and presentable at all times
• Handling ad-hoc tasks as required
  

Requirements:

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Enthusiastic in automobile with basic knowledge
• With driving license is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office application and various social media platforms
• Be flexible to work in different shift patterns and work on weekend and public holidays
• Pro-active, energetic with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
