Job Duties:

• Provide daily support to Operations in relation to Medical Center operations and coordination
• Assist Senior Manager to liaise with internal and external counterparts on Operations related matters
• Update medical information databases and profiles
• Quality and accuracy control of medical reports
• Maintain inventory for Medical Centre and liaise with supplier for replenishment
• Assist in handling customer complaints

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• 3 years or above working experience, preferable in Medical / Customer Service industries
• Good telephone manner, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
