Responsibilities (負責):

• Set sales targets in line with the overall objectives (在符合公司整體目標上制定銷售目標)
• Set up sales team under the current strategic direction of the company (在公司現有戰略方向下組建銷售團隊)
• Establish team goals and key results to drive the plan (建立團隊的目標和關鍵成果，以銷售目標推動計劃)
• Lead team to maintain existing and find new customers (帶領團隊、維護現有客戶、並尋找新的客戶)
• Follow up customer service and development progress. Ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time and according to quality. Make sure that internal and external success factors coexist in the core business (負責管理客戶服務，跟蹤開發重要節點進度，監察採購及質量交付進度以確保訂單按時和按質交付給客戶。確保核心業務的內外部成功因素並存)

Requirements (要求資歷):

• Degree holder or equivalent (学位持有人或同等学历)
• Minimum 10+ years sales and professional business related experience (至少10年銷售和專業商業相关工作经验)
• Possess strong leadership & managerial skills (具有较强的领导能力)
• Working experience in MNC with proven track record is preferred (有跨國公司實績工作经验者优先考虑)
• Excellent presentation skills with PPT. Self-driving within each stage of the company to produce effective results (優秀的PPT推廣技巧，在公司每個階段的目標和關鍵成果中自我驅動，從而產生有效的成果)
• Have experience in health & beauty related manufacturing is definitely advantage (有健康美容制造经验者优先)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with all levels in working with customers, staff and vendors (在与客户、员工和供应商的合作中，与各级员工有很好的沟通和人际关系技巧)
• Energetic, well-organized, creative mindset and result-oriented (精力充沛，有条理，有创造力，注重结果)
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin (精通英语，广东话和普通话)
• Frequent travel maybe require (需要频繁出差)
