- Provide technical support to the business partners and end-users, via phone, email or on-site.
- Assist sales function and business partners for product specification.
- On-site commissioning of our systems and products.
- Project coordinator for security systems T&C.
- Provide training programs with target audience internally and externally.
- Assistance to the advertising and brand building events.
- Assist in following up product return and repair processes.
Qualifications
- Degree/Higher Diploma holder of Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, IT/ Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in technical support to sales team
- Familiar with ELV/ IT/ Security industry,CCNA certified is much preferred
- Knowledge of commercial goods import/export is an advantage
- Good communications skill and team spirit with customer orientation mindset.
