Role Duties:

• Generate cohesive prospect lists of suitable education operators
• Cold call to create awareness of the opportunity and secure meetings
• Host site tours to educate on the opportunity for operators joining
• Contract negotiations and leasing agreement completion
• Maintain clear market insights by keeping up to date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Being accountable for own actions and revenue results.
• To proactively attend relevant events and establish personal networks.
• Use of CRM system for accurate deal tracking and reporting.

Requirements:

• Retail/office leasing experience.
• Experience in generated enquiry through outbound sales
• Outgoing and personable attitude.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience using a CRM system.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Development Manager.
