Job Descriptions:

• Handle customers' enquiries, requests and complaints 
• Online shop orders follow up , delivery arrangement including monitoring,
  tracking of shipments and advising customers on the shipment status
• Communicate internally and externally regarding orders and transportation needs and prepare import/export documentations.
• Random stock quality checking, keeping and update inventory control report
• To handle daily administration, CS, logistics and ad hoc assignments
• To liaise the internal & external parties of various projects and prepare reports
• Provide market research and analysis of company project
• Handle petty cash and expenses record
• To build up and maintain good filing system and keep accurate records for the reports & documents
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• F.7 or above / Certificate or Diploma holder in business administration or related discipline with at least 3 years or above customer services experience.
• Good communication skill, well-organized, self-motivated, teamwork spirit and outgoing characters, responsible and able to work independently are preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Well versed with PC applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing, proficiency in Excel Function
• Candidate with accounting, logistics or administration experience will be an advantage.
