Responsibilities

• Support sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, sales orders & quotation preparation and communicating relevant information
• Provide sales support in both pre-sales and post-sales activities with regular communication with existing accounts and prospective clients
• Maintain close relationship with clients
• Work closely with internal parties and suppliers
• Coordinate between suppliers, internal parties & customers to ensure timely delivery and smooth job progress
• Data management and administrative works will also be involved

Requirements

• Higher diploma or above
• 2-3 year’s solid sales experience
• A team player and able to work independently
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Customer-oriented, responsible and well-organized
• With related knowledge is preferable, e.g.
• Structured Cabling System (Commscope / AMP / SELux, etc)
• IP Telephone System (Avaya / Alcatel-Lucent / NEC)
