Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from walk-in & existing customers
- Direct customers to related product sales representative
- Handle bookings
- Ensure all guests have a nice customer services experience
- Support in-house events/ open day
- Support administrative duties
Requirements:
- At least 1 year retail/ customer services experience serving high end customers
- Received proper CS training previously from sizable companies will be an advantage
- Young & energetic character
- Good customer service skills and telephone manner
- Good smile and polite
- Basic verbal English
