Responsibilities:
- Handling client enquiries, preparing quotations and follow-up customer complaint
- Coordinating with sales team and other parties to meet client requests
- Occasional attend client meeting and visit customer
- Provide administrative support to daily operation, perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
- Working location: Shatin, NT
Requirements:
- Secondary graduate or Certificate in Administration, or related disciplines
- 1-2 years working experience, prefer gain customer service working experience will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good inter personal skill, well organized and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner, initiative, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
