Job Description
Responsibilities
- Directly managing a large-sized team of frontline sales staff in ensuring the store in smooth operations & providing professional service.
- Leading, motivating the team to achieve company’s performance targets & sales profits.
Requirements
- Over 3 years managerial experience in retail industry & with experience in department store operation is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, independent & aggressive.
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese
